Both the William Pitt and Julia B. Fee channels will feature a handful of our Canada affiliate’s most spectacular listings. Also, Sotheby’s International Realty Canada will feature a listing from each of the communities our firm services, including Westchester County, Fairfield County, the Litchfield Hills, the Berkshires and the Connecticut Shoreline.

The Canadian Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate is one of the leading Canadian real estate firms in the country with over 30 offices across four provinces. Currently our neighbor to the north has over 10,000 followers on their Instagram channel. Instagram has over 700 million users worldwide, making it an excellent marketing tool for the real estate industry.

“This is a fantastic opportunity to get further exposure for our listings to a wider and diverse audience,” said Vin Socci, Chief Operating Officer for William Pitt and Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty. “Sotheby’s International Realty Canada has done a great job building its following on social media, particularly on their Instagram channel. We are excited for this collaboration and we hope to continue to partner with other affiliates on projects like this in the future.”
