Larchmont, N.Y. (August 1, 2017) — Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty today announced Jane Murray as the new assistant manager for the firm’s Larchmont brokerage. Murray previously served as a sales associate with the company. The company stated that it created the role in response to its tremendous success and growth in the marketplace, and the team’s desire to maintain its ultra-high standards, personalized marketing and services for all clients.
Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty’s Larchmont office is one of the fastest growing brokerages in Westchester County, increasing its market share by more than any other top ten office in 2016.
“Our exclusive boutique-style operation consistently outperforms market norms with a laser focus on individualized service and the exact results our clients desire—a higher average sale price,” said Carolyn Fugere, manager of the Larchmont brokerage. “With her energetic, approachable personality, Jane is the perfect choice to take our business to the next level.”
Murray has over 12 years of professional real estate experience in Larchmont and Mamaroneck, offering extensive market knowledge and strong negotiating skills. She is a member of numerous professional associations, as well as a consistent Top Westchester Agent Award winner, and has been recognized as a Westchester Five Star agent for the past four years. Murray has resided with her husband and two children in Larchmont and Mamaroneck for over 20 years, actively supporting the community through the Mamaroneck School District PTAs, SEPTA and the Larchmont and Mamaroneck Chamber of Commerce.
“I am thrilled to be taking this new and exciting step in my career,” said Murray. “It is my hope that both my seasoned background and strong desire to lead will serve as a positive resource for agents as the firm continues to launch new marketing assets this summer.”
“We go to great lengths to ensure that each of our sales associates have matchless support and access to the best resources known to this industry,” added William Pitt and Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty President and CEO Paul Breunich. “It is essential that our clients always have the advantage in the marketplace.”
