New Rochelle, N.Y. – April 29, 2016 – Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty recently announced that the firm’s Larchmont brokerage is hosting a special community-wide open house in New Rochelle, N.Y. to showcase the many offerings and positive qualities of the town. The event, which is set to take place on Saturday, May 7th from 1-3 PM, will feature a spring neighborhood house tour of eight new homes on the market, all of which are represented by the company’s team of talented agents, who are experts on the area.

Opportunities to win door prizes from local business will also be available during the event, and complimentary refreshments provided by local food purveyors will be served.
