Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty Welcomes Four New Agents to its Recently Established Irvington Brokerage

New sales associates bring varied backgrounds and real estate expertise

Irvington, N.Y. (September 15, 2015) — Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that four real estate agents including Fatin Beiner, Fran O’Toole, Mark Zylla and Kristin Ritch have recently joined the firm’s newly established Irvington brokerage.

Beiner initially joined the company in 2014 and is transferring from the Scarsdale brokerage to the Irvington brokerage. She has consistently been an award-winning, top producing real estate broker for more than 13 years. With an extensive background in managerial accounting, Beiner possesses strong negotiation skills, which translate to positive transactions for clients in the home buying or selling process. Beiner was recognized in 2010 – 2013 as a Five Star Realtor by Westchester Magazine, and honored as a top real estate agent of Westchester County. Beiner currently resides in Ardsley, and specializes in the Rivertown communities of Ardsley, Dobbs Ferry, Irvington, Hastings on Hudson, Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow and other Westchester County towns.

Also a Rivertowns resident, O’Toole developed her skills in real estate 16 years ago while working at a real estate advertising agency, where she implemented market plans for clients in the industry. In addition to representing properties ranging from new development to existing homes, O’Toole has a passion for home design and staging, offering a versatile set of skills to her clients. She is a member of the Westchester County Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the New York State Board of Realtors. In her spare time, O’Toole enjoys hiking, swimming, painting and yoga.

Zylla started his career in event planning in New York City before holding a project manager position. Born in South America and having lived in Germany for several years, Zylla has acquired a unique set of international skills, and is fluent in English, German and Spanish. He recently joined the Irvington team after moving to the Rivertowns from upper Westchester County, where he served as a practicing real estate agent for several years.

Ritch, a Westchester County resident of over 20 years, brings a vast amount of expert Rivertowns knowledge and pride to the table. Ritch received her bachelor’s degree in communications from Buffalo State College, and formerly held a position at Fox News Corp in the firm’s advertising and sales department for FC, National Geographic and Fox. This experience, as well as her passion and the genuine level of care she brings when working with clients, allow Ritch to understand all client needs when dealing with the emotional and financial aspects of real estate.

“All four of these agents offer an undeniable familiarity with the local Rivertowns market that is extremely practical,” said Wilson. “I have no doubt that our firm will benefit greatly from these exciting new additions to the team.”

“As we continue to build our Irvington brokerage, I could not be more thrilled to welcome such knowledgeable and passionate sales associates,” said Doetsch. “With so many impressive backgrounds and talents, I have confidence in all of their abilities, and know that each new agent will add even more greatness to the unparalleled service and offerings of the brand.”
