Stamford agent partners with BLT and Harbor Point businesses to host an evening of expert advice for first-time home buyers in the local community
Stamford, Conn. – June 15, 2015 – William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty announced today that Stamford agent Judy Mitchell will be partnering with Harbor Point and BLT to host a special first-time home buyers community event. “How to Buy Your First Home” will take place on Thursday, June 18th from 6-7:30 PM at the flagship retail store of Juliska, a manufacturer of decorative stemware, bowls, ceramics and flatware, located at 465 Canal Street in Stamford, Conn.
The social event will kick-off with a brief 10-minute presentation introducing prospective home buyers to the ultimate “dream team” of professional expertise. The evening will offer several opportunities to chat with the pros and pick up useful advice when it comes to finding and purchasing a new home for the first time. Complimentary wine, beer, beverages and hors d’oeuvres will be served on Juliska’s glassware and dinnerware items, making for an elegant social gathering. The store is also offering a $100 gift card to be raffled off along with a five-person beer tasting worth $90 from Half-Full Brewery.
